Interview over the phone, interviewed by two engineers in the air quality department, they were very nice, they don't respond in time, even after a follow up email, I did not get a reply from them.
Phone screen with recruiter, basic questions to make sure you are interested and a real person, then an interview with a hiring manager. Both seemed to be about fit and enthusiasm about the role
