Applied online and received a phone call a few weeks later. There was no phone interview, rather arranging a time for the interview with the director of the Manchester office. Interviewed by director then had the chance to speak to a graduate who has been in the company for a year.

Assessment centre with other grads going through a written test, group projects where you have to present a solution to a problem and one on one interview. Process was very structured and also included time to talk to current graduates which was helpful.

Good and friendly interview process. good assessment centre. followed by interview, There was test conducted. Based on test they asked questions and we need to present answer. Staffs are so friendly. It was good networking process
