I sat down with the Editor-in-Chief and discussed responsibilities, goals, qualifications. It was a friendly and easy going process. We discussed the work-load as well as her expectations. The atmosphere was respectful yet fun. We were able to formulate a plan for the newspaper while setting reasonable goals. She explained her vision of the paper with clarity.
