I was selected through my school's recruiting program for an interview with Ralph Lauren. The interview process was fairly easy because I've done plenty of interviews before. I talked to 3 people in 2 30-minute interviews. They were extremely friendly and impressed with my resume. Just be prepared to answer questions about yourself. Know your strengths, weaknesses, different situations and examples of times when you had a conflict or had to be a leader, work experience, etc.

Was 5 question, you got 2 minutes to answer. Interview was through on online application which you send your video in to be reviewed and looked at. It was a pretty easy process.

Interview
It was through Hirevue which is an automatic question system that just records your answer. It allowed you 2 attempts to record your answer. So it was easy to fix your mistakes and think of a better answer. Last 2 questions were multiple choice.
Friendly interviewers, great experience. Mostly behavioral questions. Ask about past retail experience, why Ralph Lauren, etc. Hirevue and then video interview a few months later. Overall positive experience and not too difficult.
