I recently attended an interview for the L1/L2 Support role
The interview process consisted of multiple rounds, including technical and managerial discussions with both India-based and Japan-based panel members.
The discussions were practical, and the panel was knowledgeable and professional throughout the process.
One important observation is regarding the notice period. I had clearly communicated my official 60-day notice period from the initial stages. The feedback during the rounds was positive, and the panel indicated satisfaction with my responses. However, in the final stage, the notice period became a key constraint for proceeding further.
While I understand business requirements, aligning expectations on notice period earlier in the process could help avoid delays for both candidates and hiring teams.
