Rakuten Software Developer interview questions

Disorganized, no HR reached out to discuss about the administrative details and salary and benefits, the hiring manager reached out directly, scheduled a meeting and asked about HR questions(visa, RTO etc.) The hiring manager was late for over 5 mins minutes, no apologies, no greetings. Negative experience

3 rounds of interviews, consisting of 2 engineers and 1 HR, all conducted in Japanese. The interview with the engineers was overall like a conversation where they ask you about your past experiences, while the HR interview was for culture fit.
