The interview process was frustrating and disorganized, stretching over the course of nearly three months. While there were multiple rounds with the hiring manager and other team members, communication from HR was extremely poor throughout. They often took weeks to respond, rarely provided updates unless prompted, and at times completely ghosted candidates. The lack of professionalism and responsiveness left a very negative impression of the company and its hiring practices.
