I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Baldwin Park, CA) in Mar 2020

Interview

The interview was pretty quick and was hired on the spot because I had a referral. Interviewer was nice and became one of my favorite managers. The interview takes place in the dining area so it was kind of distracting but when I was doing it there were not that many people.

The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.

Interview

Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.

It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
