      Quality Assurance Interview

      24 Jan 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Raising Cane's in Dec 2018

      Interview

Very lengthy process. Took about two months in total with a mixture of phone and working interviews. Very casual and relaxed interview style. Was led on to believe that I was the top candidate to find out I was one of four. Not upset that I didn't get an offer, but more upset (annoyed,) that I was informed through a generic, thanks but no thanks email, with the title copy and pasted within the text, from the recruiter. It's kind of ironic that they pride themselves on being a down to earth company, but doesn't think to spend two minutes drafting a personable email or a quick phone call, to thank the candidate for their time. My advice, don't get your hopes up every time you move on to a different round in the interview process, though I would still recommend applying for the company. EDIT: It was evident that since I got a call from the recruiter explaining as to why I got a generic email a few days after I wrote this review, that the company does take reading these reviews seriously. I have now changed my overall experience to that of a positive one. I appreciate a company that 1)does their research and keeps up with what their employees/interviewees are saying. 2) takes ownership in changing what needs to be changed. They are a great company to work for, if you are fortunate enough to get in.
