It was very positive, they were very quick and willing to work with my schedule. (I am not from the area that I had to interview at as well as I had an unplanned surgery that caused me to reschedule the second interview.) Everyone was very positive and professional.

During your interview process, you get a feel for the job. It's fairly easy and effective. I'd say, you are asked about yourself and conflict management. As well as teamwork and how effectively you work as a team.
