I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Bixby, OK) in May 2014
Interview
I had one interview, and it was pretty basic. I was asked about myself and my goals, job history, etc. The manager sat down with me and we discussed my interest in Raising Canes and why I thought it would be a good job for me. We also discussed company values and culture.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What was a time when you were faced with extraordinary stress in a work environment and what did you do to handle it?
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
