You get interviewed by multiple people. If you get interviewed by more than 4 people then you might have a chance. If you let them know that you are willing to work at night they will be impressed and prefer you than others, since you might have to communicate with HQ which is in China.

Pretty straight forward.The basic questions and answers.We meet at the company location and after some small talk we began to get technical. After a few moments you pretty much know if you are making a connection or not. It seems we hit it off pretty well and I had exactly what they were looking for.
