Rainbow Tree interview questions

3 phone interviews, sent to Minneapolis, all day interview including a 30, 60, 90 day marketing plan that I had to send twice. Sales presentation etc. Exausting., Just to find out that this was just a dog and pony show and were really interested in a 25 year old guy who was coming later in the week. I thought I was in, to be honest and they were just confirming. But no, a waste of my time. I was more than qualified. The other candidate was hired I believe and lasted a month or two. They say they can afford to be patient for the right person. That is great. That just tells me that they are not a sales driven company as they are not willing to take risks.
