Open-ended questions that are broader in scope and require you to work through the answer.
Situational questions that describe a hypothetical situation and ask how you would proceed in those circumstances.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Rainbow Shops (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview process wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be. I was asked about my experience as a cashier and about my interpersonal skill. I’m a people person so it came naturally for me. I really liked working there too, I was in need of a career change.
Called me on the phone to set up a zoom meeting, easy and very clear instructions. Behavioral questions and same old case questions, to know how you would react to a given situation.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Rainbow Shops (Clinton, MD) in Jun 2020
Interview
Very easy interview with a personable manager. The manager called for a phone screening and then asked me to come in for an in-person interview. I went in for an interview, filled out some paperwork, and started that same day.
