Once they have confirmed you passed you will then get a call from the store telling you when the regional will call you for an interview. The regional calls and asks questions ( the regional has your application in her hand, so know where you worked and when you worked there. Remember the answers you gave the district manager because the regional has your answers. It's a very relaxed conversation ( like talking to a friend ) after the regional has spoken to ALL the candidates then the decision is made on who gets the job. The DM will call you with a salary offer, this company does not haggle. You get what they offer or the position goes to the 2nd choice.** Be nicely dressed, no piercings or visible tattoos.
