      Load Planner Interview

      9 Sept 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Rotterdam, NY
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Railex (Rotterdam, NY) in Feb 2012

      Interview

Initially I thought I was being interviewed for a load planning positions. All questions that were asked referred to that positions. Upon receiving news that I had got the job I was very excited only for the company to tell me that I was interviewed for a different positions and I would have to take a pay cut. The pay cut was $25,000 a year. It was a tough situation because I had to take the position to support my family.
