I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Railcorp (Sydney) in May 2012
Interview
Applied online, got an email straight after to take online numerical and personality tests. They were fairly easy and simple. Then got a phone interview. It was very candid but still has a professional feeling to it somehow. Then got the group interview panel. Had to present a social media business solution the same day to them. A week later they conducted a one-on-one interview and then two weeks later I was rejected.

Question 1
Written test had a question about calculating how far down a slope a train would roll before stopping. As an electrical engineer, if I hadn't done HSC engineering studies before uni, I probably wouldn't have been able to answer it.
