I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Raiffeisen Bank in May 2026
Interview
I applied for 2 different positions and both times the HR was difficult to deal with.
I couldn’t answer when they called, so I had to return the call later. They texted me to call anytime on Monday, which I did. First time HR had no time to deal with me (I wonder how they didn’t know that when it was said anytime), then I called later in the specified time, they did not answer but texted they will call back in 10 minutes. They called 40 minutes later with no idea of who I am and what I want, which is honestly surprising and frustrating because that was the third encounter and we had sms texts history where it was clear what it was about. I feel like it was obvious they saw sms history (or at least that it is not the first message) when they were texting that they will call back in 10.
I understand the HR might have multiple different calls per day and they do not have to remember me by my number, but the way it was dealt and the amount of unreturned calls (+ all the same with the second position) just feels unprofessional. So even before the final call when they declined my application I was already considering going elsewhere.
