The interview process began with an invitation for an on-site interview. When I requested an online interview instead, my request was declined as they preferred local candidates. However, I was informed that they would reach out to me if no local candidates made the first cut.
A few weeks later, I was contacted and asked to participate in an online interview.
The interview process was disappointing and lacked professionalism. While the interviewer was punctual, she appeared to be completely unprepared. She did not have my resume on hand and seemed to know nothing about my background or qualifications. Additionally, she did not ask any relevant questions about my experience or skills, only inquiring about where I was from. To make matters worse, the interview was conducted from a loud corner of a room that resembled an airport, which further contributed to the unprofessional atmosphere.
