Interview
The interview process involved a technical design session with both a director and an architect. Initially, both were present for introductions and company/product overview. The director asked questions to gauge my background and experience.
Then, I was presented with a system design challenge. The director stepped out, and I collaborated one-on-one with the architect to work through the solution. This gave me a chance to demonstrate my technical thinking and collaboration skills.
After developing the solution, the director returned, and I presented my approach. The director then answered my questions about the work in the company and continue of process

Interview
A standard HR phone call, then a 1-hour Zoom with two team leads (good cup/bad cup...). They introduced their security product briefly, then had me present a past project (with many technical questions).
They left bad impression. A day after I got a generic rejection email without a feedback. They seriously need to rethink how they hire people, what's the point in asking questions, get the answers, and then rejects you?

Interview
Very pleasant and simple process. All people involved were down to earth and kept things simple. Interivews were all onsite and in one day which helped speed up the process.

Design question in high level build a platform like facebook where user can upload images/ videos and view previously uploaded media in descending order. We had a converstaion about the details without actually creating a design sketch.
