I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Radius Intelligence (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
Got call through a staffing agency.
First a phone screen with the co-founder. Its mix of tech and non-tech questions.
Questions are clear.
Qualified for the next round with a lead engineer
This guy gives 4 questions , nothing algorithmic, just python fundamental questions.
4 questions given out, i 2 solved and tested live on coderpad.
Allowed to solve only 2.
For rest , he says its similar , so can skip and lets talk about your background.
Later he says candidate solved 2 question and did wrong for 2 questions, so i was rejected.
When i wasn't even allowed to read the remaining 2 questions , how will I do it wrong.
HORRIBLE WAY OF INTERVIEW. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. INTERVIEWER LIES TO THE COMPANY.

I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Radius Intelligence (San Francisco, CA) in Sept 2018
Interview
Started with a call with recruiter - generally about skills and motivation and talk about company and position. After - a coding interview via phone with and codepad, quite basic exercises. Got reply in few days, and was given a take home task which I didn't make well enough.
