Interview
I had three interviews. The first was with HR, the second was with a Senior Software Engineer, where we did a pair programming session, and the third was with one of the Directors of the company. The experience of the entire recruitment process was so soft, smooth, and enjoyable, I only have amazing things to say! Everyone is so friendly, so understanding, kind, and expertise, that is inspiring to work with such amazing people

Interview
The first interview was a video call with one of the founders. It was a friendly conversation with situational and culture-fit type questions, and it was also a good opportunity to learn more about the company and their values.
The second interview was a tech test with another founder where we walked through building a small app with a core set of requirements. It felt collaborative and not too formal, and it was fun to talk through different approaches to the challenges.
