The interview process at Radiant Vision Systems included four stages. I began with a technical interview with the engineering lead, focused on my experience with embedded systems and hardware integration. Next, I spoke with the software lead about development practices, code quality, and team dynamics. I then met with a senior member of management to discuss the role's alignment with company goals and long-term initiatives. Finally, I had a conversation with HR to review organizational culture, benefits, and the onboarding process.
