Interview with HR, Coderbyte exercise, and coding exercise with two engineers.
I don't get it, they sent a Coderbyte exercise and then you pass through a similar exercise with two engineers looking into your face, where one of them was clearly bothered to be there. It seemed pretty redundant and too focused on coding for a tech lead role. No subjects related to leading a team were discussed, no architecture discussions, nothing, just dummy code that GPT or Copilot can do. They asked about the complexity order of the algorithm. In general, looked like a very amateur interview process. Even after solving both coding problems, after the last interview they ghosted me. No surprises there...
