Interview
There were 1 round phone interview and 1 round in person. It took 2 weeks. The in person interview happened one week after phone interview. Respond quickly. The interview is not difficult. Overall experience was good.
Started with a phone screen, followed by an interview via video call with the manager, director, and analyst. The panel was friendly and professional. The interview started off with an ice breaker and then brief info about the role, questions about work experience, how I'm a good fit for the role, etc.
The interview process was pretty transparent and straightforward. The first interview was a phone interview with HR and general screening. The second and third interviews were panel interviews with the team and were more specific to the role. The last interview was a final meeting with the department head.

Interview
Initially a really quick interview, had a phone screening and then time scheduled with the hiring manager within three days. Was really excited for the rapid pace. That's when it started to go downhill.
The hiring manager was 15 minutes late, and had to end the interview early due to lack of scheduling adequate time.
The HR Rep kept using buzzwords such as "shortly", "we want to move quickly". But ended up ghosting me after checking in after three weeks of hearing nothing.
The job posting has been up for 60 days, and is still up even after getting declined and the canned "we've decided to consider more qualified people" email.
What's that smell? Smells like a waste of my time.
Other applicants be warned.
