I applied through other source. I interviewed at Radancy (New York, NY) in Sept 2015
Interview
Phone interview - roughly a 30 minute phone screen going over a bit of my background and a run through of various aspects of .NET, design patterns, continuous integration, and a Javascript question.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Radancy (New York, NY)
Interview
The position was for .NET developer. I immediately made it clear at the time that although I was senior with many years of experience, I did not have X. I went through a long interview process answering probably 95% of the questions and at the end they told me, we can't hire you because you don't have X. Waste of my time!

Question 1
C# questions were pretty standard: boxing/unboxing, lock, WHERE vs HAVING, SQL Indexes. This is not a company that requires DP knowledge. Any developer with full knowledge of MS stack should pass this without a problem.
