I applied online and got the initial call for the interview, then did a classic interview. I was so nervous and I feel like the anxiety got the best of me.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RadNet (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2026
Interview
In person get to know eachother interview. Very simple questions about why I picked sonography. Went over expectations and training terms as well as position requirements. Went over what exams they preform and what areas I feel weak in
Interviewed for an HRBP role here and it became clear the organization is still in a very early, immature stage. The HR Director couldn’t speak to basic HR metrics, and there appear to be no systems or infrastructure in place to capture them. Ironically, the recruiter was extremely persistent and pushed for me to interview, moving with a sense of urgency—until after I met with the hiring manager. After hearing nothing for weeks, I followed up with the recruiter only to be told they had already filled the role.
I would not recommend this company to senior HR professionals. Compensation is also well below market. Maybe other teams have actual culture but clearly HR is missing the mark.
