I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rackspace Technology (Austin, TX) in Sept 2023
Interview
I met with the Hiring manager and then 4 other team members for individual interviews for one on one interviews. Entire process moved pretty fast compared to other companies. I felt that from the start of the process this was not going to be whats been typical in tech market for interviews as of late.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Rackspace Technology (Noida)
Interview
interviewer was not good, he did partiality with me to keep other candidates through this own referral. Any person who has already given referral to other candidates should not take the interview of any other candidate.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rackspace Technology in Oct 2016
Interview
First started with a contact from a recruiter where they ask basic personality questions and what your career goals are. Then a phone screen with an engineer that lasted about 30 minutes where they asked techincal questions about OS and AWS as well as how to troubleshoot issues. Then an onsite interview for about 2 hours with 2 panel interviews, one with three engineers and the other with two managers. Engineers asked more technical questions on OS and AWS while the managers asked mostly cultural fit questions.
