      Financial Analyst Interview

      30 Jun 2010
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rabobank in Jan 2010

      Interview

applied via the website and invited based upon cv selection. 3 rounds of interviews with hr, managment and stakeholders/co-workers within the bank. Cultural fit was considered very important, however this is difficult since the culture seemed to vary per department (e.g. investment bankers vs. cooperative banks). rabobank have gone through the financial crisis pretty well and appear very proud of this. Personally i did not receive a final job offer after 3 rounds of interviews and a corresponding amount of time invested which makes me a bit unhappy about the process. next time i would ask more questions about the process and whether other candidates are internal/external etc.

      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Rabobank

      Interview

I had a face-to-face interview which was very natural. They asked standard interview questions, that was really straight forward. Know the company, and their basic values. HR interview first, very basic questions, and then meeting the reporting manager, more questions regarding the analytic skills and industry knowledge, so 2 interviews in total.
