The interview process was straightforward. Met with several members of the management and account team. Was a standard background and foundational discussion. Team environment and fit are important - it's a multicultural team and have several remote locations. Daily interactions with team members and clients over the globe.

Interview
I initially interviewed with the Operations Director, then a senior Account Manager, the CEO, and the finance director. Had the feel of a small business. Very welcoming and down-to-earth. The interviews were conversations.
