30 mins discussion about your work experience and salary expectation. Overall good discussion. I will request you to just stick to your expectation and ask them give you everything in written otherwise they will promise you to give suppose 30k but you will get some different figure(less than what they promised). Ask them properly about in hand salary and deductions. Because they are very unprofessional in this case specially.
