    Interview with board members. It was a massive interview process. Board members were in a hotel to receive the candidates. A pre-work was done and they knew our careers history and performance.

    Interview

    2 sessions with HR and Marketing Manager. The first was only with the manager, and the second one with the manager and HR. Just to confirm. Very quickly. All the interviews was in the company and they were very polite about every step and question.

    I applied online. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at Raízen (Piracicaba, São Paulo (Brazil)) in August 2016.

    There was a first interview by phone the day they told me my CV was selected, no preparation or schedule. Even though, the experienced of this first interview was good. The questions were the most common asked. The HR person was very professional and helpful.
    They didn't asked for a reviewed CV even if I applied 3 months before the first contact.
    Two weeks after I received the answer with the invitation to go to Piracicaba for a interview with the manager.
    The second interview was with the HR, the manager of technology and the manager of projects. It were not the expected usual questions. They asking about how I started my career, asked about a relevant project that I had participated, why I wanted this position and then started the personal questions about my marriage and if I wanted to have kids. As a woman engineer I wander why it was relevant and if they asked this same questions to the men interviewed.
    Finishing, they asked if I worked suggesting technology and, as I've been working with tenders, of course I could not suggest this because it is against the free and fair competition rules.
    They asked me if I had questions and after it was finished.
    The position request someone with advanced english and until de second interview I wasn't asked to talk in english. They just asked if I was really fluent in french.
    About body language, since I arrived the manager responsible for this position talked looking at the table.
    Because of this signs, I don't think I will have a positive answer.
    There will be one last interview with the director.

    After the interviews you had to wait almost 2 weeks before an offer.
    Good place to work and hard interview process

    Processo iniciou pela Michael Page, onde foi realizada uma entrevista por telefone. Após a triagem fui direcionado para a segunda fase que foi uma entrevista com a Gerente da área juntamente com a Coordenadora e com a analista de RH. 20 dias após a entrevista fui contatado e iniciei.
