Very straightforward but quite challenging. First it was a brief 20 minute telephone Interview asking the usual basic questions around tell me about yourself, why RWC? how do your skills and experience align with the company values, etc.
Then I was invited to attend a Group Assessment which was on Teams as it was during Covid, where we are each given different scenarios and asked to negotiate our viewpoints and collectively as a group select 3 of 6 or 7 scenarios that we would like to put forward to senior leadership team.
Finally, it was the individual interviews with 2 separate people in two separate virtual rooms, each lasting about 30 minutes roughly. They asked more situation and scenario-based questions such as what would you do if a stakeholder is slow to respond and you require information from them and have an urgent deadline in 2 days? How do you manage your time between studies and work as the role requires professional study and working full-time? Etc
