I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RTX (Andover, MA) in Dec 2022
Interview
Recruiter/HR team very irresponsive. Had 2 emails one saying they need more information to talk about business process and the other one saying I was not selected after the interview. I sent the email to the hr/recruiter again no response. I understand not getting selected but still no explanation of 2 emails. Other than that the group I interviewed were really excellent people.

Interview
Easy scheduling and relevant questions to the position. Interviewers were interactive and answered questions if and when I had them. Gave feedback after the interview. Best interview out of at least 30 in the past year.

My favorite question was the ice breaker: how many computers do you have and what operating systems do they run on?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RTX (El Segundo, CA) in Aug 2021
Interview
I got referred to this position by a recruiter. once recruiter got my resume, she arranged me with the screening interview. The hiring manager conducted a screening interview and asked me what I did, asking specific technical means I have utilized to achieve my tasks in the resume. The question were open ended, but specific enough for me to answer his questions with spariing details. He told me about what his team does and how my skills can be useful, as well as disclosing some weakeness (I am a journey man who does not hesitate switches job to quickly advance my career) from my resume, all in a respectful, civil manner. He then set up a zoom interview with a department manager a week later. The department manager, first thing first, asked obvious questions, such as, "do you know how to program", then just tries to berate on to the fact that I move around job too much and ask for explanation. MY explantion was simple (contract jobs, somebody is willing to pay more for what I do with better growth), but then during my explanation, he would rudely cut off and try to give me career advices, and ask same questions all over again, to the extent that I wanted to respectuflly ask him to just stop the bs, stop wasting our times, and terminate the interview and the misery.. Not surprisingly, the requisiiton I applied to disappeared after the interview, meaning I basically got ghosted.
