I found the posting online on the Raytheon Careers homepage. I applied online and was contacted within 3 weeks for a phone/HR screening. Following the phone interview, I had another phone interview with the hiring manager for approximately 1 hour. I was then invited for an onsite interview. It took a couple weeks to arrange travel, which was covered by the company. I met with 4-5 members of the group, got a brief tour of the lab(s) and facility, and met again with the hiring manager.
