Interview
I initially applied through their website, and got an email from a hiring recruiter to schedule a virtual meeting. On the day of the meeting, no one showed up on Zoom and I was contacted 30 mins later to reschedule the meeting. I rescheduled on the same day and head my interview with the hiring manager. The interview was mainly about specifics on my resume and questions about my interests. The manager also explained the job in detail and what he expects from the candidates. I got the answer on the spot and discovered that I wasn't the ideal candidate for the job. The manager was brutally honest with me and proposed I apply to different positions within the company. No technical or STAR questions.

Why are you interested in working for RTX?
One hour interview, including a resume review, asking technical questions throughout, then finishing with a few behavioral questions about teamwork, problem solving, and past experiences. 5 minutes allocated at the end for the candidate to ask questions.

Interview
It was very dressed down in comparison to what a typical full time position interview normally is. Granted it is covid November 2020 so it was via Zoom video and we simply had a conversation where we talked one on one about what the job entailed and if that interested me and how I believed I was qualified for it. We spoke about tasks of the position, the day to day, and what kind of work I was interested in. Had a few opportunities to flex and talk about myself and how I could be a good asset to the team.
