When I arrived at the site, I obtained a security badge and was escorted by my point of contact into the office.I was interviewed by the site manager and one other senior engineer. The interview was mostly behavioral and very "normal". I find the office rather cold in terms of personal relations. Everyone more or less kept to themselves. My supervisor and co-workers are easy to get along with and are easy going folks. Overall, the people and the culture was ok but the work itself was what drove me to leave the position, it was really just drone work.
