I sent in my application and within two weeks I received an email letting me know that I got an online interview. I could choose when to have the interview within a certain time frame. It wasn't with a real person just video recored my answers to questions.

Interview
On campus interview with 2 employees. Resume and behavioral based. The two woman who interviewed me were very friendly, but spent a lot of the time talking about them instead of asking questions about me.
