Interview
Applied through company website and was scheduled for a phone interview about a week later. The phone screen was with a recruiter and lasted about 5-10 minutes. The questions were pretty basic, but it didn’t lead to an in-person interview. I received an email 1 or 2 days later thanking me for my time, but they were moving in a different direction.

The interview process is pretty straight forward. Questions are geared toward experiences. I’d suggest learning the STAR method while interviewing to have better prepared answers to the interview questions. The interviewers were personable and really engaged in the process.

Fair interview questions and smooth process. The biggest challenge was waiting for feedback/update from the conclusion of the interview. It seems like I had to initiate the next steps in order for the process to move forward. The interview it's self seemed routine but again it was the post interview that was disappointing.

Sehr gute Vorbereitung durch den Headhunter. Mehrere Gespräche. Dann zwei Gespräche jeweils 1 Stunde, Sehr gute Fragen im Vorstellungsgespräch, dauer ca. 2 Stunden. Test beim zweiten Gespräch mit Präsentation. Sehr strukturiert und gute Athmosphäre.
