I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RTS Computer Services
Interview
Gave the impression I would be micromanaged hard and introverts are not welcome to be themselves.
The interviewers expected me to be passionate about their company and IT despite them being a small business I’d never heard of and me applying for a non-technician role. I was expected to want to work for them but they informed me they had gone through multiple admins in the past few years so I needed to understand it would take a while for them to put trust in me.
They also got on my case for being a mere 2 minutes late and for not greeting the person at the front desk right away, to which I received a demonstration for how to properly greet and shake hands before I could give my explanation that the person looked busy and I did not want to interrupt them.
This interview (the 2nd one, and in-person) lasted almost 2 hours. 30 mins of it was filling out a personality quiz.
Overall awkward, tense, and uncomfortable interview, especially from one interviewer who had the attitude and all the fuzziness of a prison warden.

Question 1
Why do you want to work for us? (Asked about 30 different ways.)
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RTS Computer Services (Placerville, CA) in Jan 2011
Interview
On site with both owners. I was promised a lot if I stayed on as a part of the business. The types of clients they had at the time was a consideration prior to hire. They discussed the previous technicians and what led up to their failures. One concern they had was being honest. They said they knew that they (as a husband/wife company) had issues but would be willing to work with someone who had the previous management experience.
