Interview consisted of some basic computer questions and compTIA A+ topics. There was also a written exam. Overall the team was easy going and happy to show the place around to me.

Interview with Comptia A+ and Network+ topics covered with a written/multiple choice test. 30 minute phone interview and an hour in person interview. Took about a week from the time I applied until the offer was sent

Question 1
Explain common computer parts and what they do. Explain DNS, and DHCP. Difference between Mesh and PPTP access points.
There was a thirty minute phone interview that was then followed up with an in-person interview with the IT dept lead. The interviewer was really nice and gave you a chance to talk and make an impression in both the phone interview and the in-person interview.
