It was lengthy, three interviews and a deck presentation based on a fake client review. The presentation review was unnecessarily angsty, like it was made to drill you with an angry client. I understand wanting to understand how someone deals with stress but it was supposed to be an exercise with minimal background on a client I never worked on. I felt it was too much and didn’t appreciate the sentiment. The account director I interviewed with had zero emotion and seemed like interviewing me was a burden he didn’t want to deal with, if he were to have been my boss I may not have accepted the role.

It was a 3 round process. Basic questions tell me about yourself, why this role n they go indepth with your experience. They were trying to address how I am not a good fit for this role and try to trigger me stress me out by asking analytical questions all of the sudden. I did not appreciate it.
