The interview process was slightly unprofessional. I should not have even gone to it. I was offered time slots instead of a specific date and time. After that, I had to call in to confirm my own interview.

Question 1
Part of the problem, I dont remeber being asked anything that didnt verify the information provided on my resume. I asked them more questions than they did. It was very blatantly obvious I WAS NOT getting the job. The skills assessment took the most time.

Interview
I've sent an email (with portfolio) wanting to get a full time job. They've replied and I've got an interview with the owner of the company. After an interview I've concluded that apparently I've got a job and that this company was in a great hurry to find people, so I guess it was a good timing for me to join.
