Very short phone call then a short 20 minute interview. The whole process was very relaxed and quite easy. As the job involves being on the phone a lot it is important that you are clear and confident on the phone.

it was simple only took 10 mins pretty much a box ticking exercise. get told if you got the job on the spot. and then they tell you to come in for training. training is easy and you can be on the phones in the second half of the day.
