Really easy not even a real interview. They just asked if I had a certification, I didn;t so they sent me a link to get one and when I got one I got the job
Really chilly interview. People were nice. If your a manager at your pool it can be stressful but other than that it’s cool and really chill job to work in

Interview is hardly an interview- if you're called in you're basically hired its just an intro to the company. They did a group interview which was just showing a view on lifeguarding, then brought us individually into a room to discuss locations I could come to.
