I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RSM in Mar 2020
Interview
Very conversational and easy going. Asked how past experiences will contribute to RSM, why RSM, why consulting, etc. Did not ask analytical/technical questions. Both interviewers responded well when asked about themselves/making friendly conversation.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at RSM (Phila, PA) in Feb 2016
Interview
The interview was a quick paced interview on campus. Met with a Manager who informed me all about RSM and the career oppurtunities at RSM. He left a lot of time for me to ask questions which took a lot of the attention off of me.

Question 1
What is a leadership role that you have taken on and what did you learn from it?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RSM (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
The interview was more conversation-like. This type of interview shows that the firm wants to get to know you as a person, rather than just a potential candidate or employee. The recruiter was friendly and asked some general questions. He gave me feedback regarding my strengths and how to improve my interviewing skills, which I greatly appreciate and find very useful. Through this interview, I was able to learn more about RSM's culture and their Summer Pathways Program.
