Interview
first was submitting an application through their website, then you have to complete an online assessment of a numerical reasoning test, situational judgement test, and a video interview, that asks around 3-4 questions
I applied online. I interviewed at RSM (Edinburgh, Scotland) in Apr 2026
Interview
Standard interview process for graduates, the thing that made it stand out was the people and the student recruiter, I wont name her name in case she wouldn't like me to but she was amazing. Helpful, kind and knowledgable throughout the process. The final interview was done by two RSM employees, again two lovely people that made it a nice experience.
You have a week to complete each stage. The sjt is pretty bog standard. Just a few sjt practice papers and you’ll be fine. The video interview questions are not too difficult as well, you just need to be ready to talk about yourself.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at RSM (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
Three stage process similar to many grad roles. Terrible communication. After passing the first and second stages I was invited to a virtual assessment centre. Despite confirming in writing I was able to attend, I was informed I was being removed from the recruitment process due to - you guessed it - not confirming I was able to attend. A further flurry of emails requesting reconsideration received no replies whatsoever from the early careers team. Totally shambolic and unprofessional from a company of their size.

Question 1
Standard second stage questions such as why do you want a career with RSM
