(During Coronavirus)
1.Applied via RSM website - long forms and CV
2.Completed numeracy, verbal, situational online exams
3.Had a video Assessment - Talking to the camera
4.Had a virtual partner interview. I had to complete a report before the interview and do a small presentation with questions at the end. Then was asked strength-based questions. Then I had the opportunity to ask questions. 1.5 hours in total.
