3 step process: 2 interviews (1 with team member, 1 with partners), and 1 case study (with was Excel and a business case). The Excel part was quite straight forward (use of Excel functionality) while the case was discussed live with interviewer.
Interview process included a manager, director, and partner level interview. Technical questions, background, employment history, and work style were discussed. By the partner interview, a job offer was extended and compensation was discussed.
