Contacted by the Director (Portland office) through email for a phone interview. Interview was pretty comprehensive and they knoew what they were looking for in a candidate (i.e. strong scripting skills in Python, experience in activity-based modeling etc.). Interview was conducted by Director and another senior consultant. They introduced the company and job description at first and then QA session.
